1. Company Information

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of training services by PMVA Training
Courses, a trading name of In Demand Associates Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

“Client” means the individual or organisation booking training services.

“Participant” means any individual attending our training courses.

“Services” means all training courses, e-learning modules, certification, and related support services
provided by the Company.

“Course Materials” means all training content, handouts, digital resources, and certification documentation.

3. Course Booking and Acceptance

3.1 All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by the Company.

3.2 A booking becomes binding when the Company confirms acceptance in writing or email.

3.3 Course places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of completed booking
forms and payment.

3.4 The Company reserves the right to refuse any booking at its absolute discretion.

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

4.1 Course Fees:

4.2 All prices listed are exclusive of VAT and include integrated e-learning components.

4.3 Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless alternative payment arrangements have been
agreed in writing.

4.4 The Company reserves the right to amend pricing with 30 days’ written notice.

4.5 Additional charges may apply for bespoke training requirements, travel expenses for on-site delivery,
or specialist venue requirements.

5.3 Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of cancellation confirmation.

5.4 Course transfers to alternative dates may be permitted subject to availability and a £15 administration
fee.

6. Course Delivery and Content

6.1 Courses are delivered at our Romford facility or at client premises for on-site training.

6.2 All training content is BILD ACT certified and RRN compliant, meeting current industry standards.

7. Participant Requirements

7.1 Participants must be physically and mentally capable of undertaking practical training exercises.

7.2 Participants must declare any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations that may affect their ability
to participate safely.

7.3 Participants are required to wear appropriate clothing and footwear as specified in pre-course instructions.

7.4 Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the course without refund.

8. Certification and Compliance

8.1 Successful completion certificates are issued upon satisfactory completion of course requirements.

8.2 Certificates are valid for the period specified and in accordance with relevant regulatory standards.

8.3 The Company maintains records of training completion as required by regulatory bodies.

8.4 Replacement certificates may be issued for a fee of £25 per certificate.

9. Health and Safety

9.1 The Company maintains comprehensive insurance coverage for all training activities.

9.2 Participants must follow all health and safety instructions provided by trainers.

9.3 The Company is not liable for injuries resulting from participant negligence or failure to follow instructions.

9.4 All incidents must be reported immediately to the course trainer.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 The Company’s total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the course fees paid.

10.2 The Company excludes liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

10.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10.4 Participants acknowledge that physical training carries inherent risks and participate at their own risk.

11. Data Protection

11.1 Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

11.2 Participant information may be shared with accrediting bodies for certification purposes.

11.3 Training records are retained as required by regulatory standards and our legal obligations.

12. Intellectual Property

12.1 All course materials, training content, and methodologies remain the intellectual property of the Company.

12.2 Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any course materials without written consent.

12.3 Participants grant permission for the Company to use feedback and testimonials for marketing purposes.

13. Force Majeure

13.1 The Company is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable
control, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, or public health
emergencies.

13.2 Alternative arrangements will be made where reasonably possible.

14. Complaints Procedure

14.1 Complaints should be submitted in writing within 30 days of the course completion date.

14.2 The Company will investigate and respond to complaints within 14 working days.

14.3 Unresolved complaints may be escalated to relevant professional bodies or regulatory authorities.

15. Variation and Amendments

15.1 These Terms may be updated periodically with changes posted on our website.

15.2 Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of amended Terms.

15.3 Material changes affecting existing bookings will be communicated directly to affected clients.

16. Governing Law

16.1 These Terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.

16.2 If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms remains in full effect.
