What are the booking cancellation policies?
- Registration: Course bookings must be made at least 7 days before the course start date to secure a spot.
- Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm registration.
- Confirmation: A confirmation email with course details will be sent once payment is received.
- Group Bookings: For group or corporate bookings, please contact us directly for customized arrangements and invoicing options.
- Free Cancellation: Cancellations made 14 days or more before the course start date will receive a full refund.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 14 days before the course start date, or failure to attend (no-show), will forfeit the full fee.
- Rescheduling: You may transfer your booking once to another available session, provided you notify us at least 7 days in advance.
- Course Cancellation: In the unlikely event that we must cancel or reschedule a course, participants will be offered a full refund or free transfer to another date.
